Our Story

Established in 2013. Rooted in heritage.

The name Edy and Bridge comes from our grandmothers—the women who taught us the value of things that last. Our journey began at Spitalfields Market with a shared vision to craft enduring, expertly made clothing right here in the UK.

What we make is a conversation between two different worlds. Michael’s background at the London College of Fashion and his urban roots meet Jenni’s rural Devon heritage. That blend—of sharp contemporary design and timeless heritage style—is the DNA of every garment we produce.

We started with a single market stall, and that vision now lives in three distinct spaces: our Nunhead studio, our Whitstable hut, and our London Bridge pop-up shop.

By using reclaimable and deadstock fabrics, we work within the limits of what already exists. It’s a process that is honest, localised, and intentional—ensuring that every piece we release is as rare as the roll of fabric it came from.

We don’t just design these pieces; we live in them.
