Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to exchange/refund please return your order with-in 14 days of receiving it.

If you would like to return/exchange your item it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We need the following info this can be a hand written or printed note;

1. Pop a note in with you name and order number on

2. State why you would like to return it and if you would like a refund or exchange

3. If you would like a refund please let us know why e.g fit/style/colour or any other reason.

4. Let us know If you would like an exchange what colour and size you would like

We can not guarantee that your required size will be in stock by the time we receive your exchange and in such cases are happy to either offer a refund or send you your desired size when it arrives in stock. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.

 If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
